Front Desk Reception Director Bridget Decker

Bridget joined our staff in November 2009 and has brightened everyone's day since! Hailing from the Midwest (rural southern Illinois and St Louis, Missouri),  Bridget now resides in Adams Morgan with her 2 adorable cats, Fielding and Clark Griswold, and her energetic dog Bettie. She enjoys concerts and music, experiencing the city, vintage shopping, reading, and cooking.

Receptionist Julia Jordan

Julia is from Bethesda. Maryland.  She graduated from Southern Virginia College for Women with a degree in Animal  Science and Horsemanship.  She currently has a miniature Australian Shepherd named Scout and a calico cat named Mi-ke (pronounced Me-kay and is Japanese for three-colored).  Julia’s spare time is spent in her antiquarian book business, Four Winds Books, which sells -- among other things -- out-of-print books and art related to dogs, cats and horses. She has 12 years experience as a veterinary receptionist, and we are very lucky to have her back in the business.

Originally a highly skilled human medical nurse in his native El Salvador, Erick brings much experience to veterinary medicine also.
