Dr Amy Fauth, VMD
Dr Amy Fauth is at Palisades Veterinary Clinic several half days a month (except during her yearly exodus from DC in August). She performs surgery and sees appointments.
Dr Fauth grew up in Orchard Park, NY (south of Buffalo). She attended college at Bucknell University, then worked for 3 years at Johns Hopkins Medical School as an Animal Surgery Technician in the Biomedical Engineering Department.
She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania veterinary school in 1997, and then completed an internship in small animal medicine.
Dr Fauth is married to Tom MacIsaac, and they live in Bethesda, about 3 miles from the clinic, with 3 kids to keep them busy (Jack 10, Katie 8, Samantha 6). They share their home with 2 dogs: Etta and Luki.
Dr Fauth’s interests and hobbies include tennis, reading, words with friends, travel, movies, golf, and fishing.
